Privacy Policy
T-NUA Studio, Israel (“T-NUA”, “we”, “us”) controls the personal data described in this policy. For privacy requests, contact inf@t-nua.studio.
Data we process
We may process your name, email address, project type and message when you contact us; technical information contained in hosting and security logs; consent choices stored on your device; analytics information if you permit analytics; and information received by YouTube or Vimeo if you permit external media.
Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain necessary logs based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To measure site usage and load third-party media only with consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(c)).
Providing contact information is voluntary. Without a working email address and message, we may be unable to respond. We do not use contact enquiries for marketing unless you separately request it.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by our authorised personnel, website host, email provider, security and backup providers, and professional advisers where necessary. With your consent, Google Analytics, YouTube or Vimeo may receive device and usage information. Some providers may process data outside Israel or the EEA. Where GDPR requires it, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard. Contact us for information about the applicable safeguard.
Retention and security
Contact enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal claim or legal obligation. Consent records stored in your browser remain until you clear them or a new policy version requires a new choice. Security logs are kept only for the period needed for security and incident investigation. We apply access controls, data minimisation, backups and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing; and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Israeli law also provides rights to inspect and request correction of personal information. Email your request to inf@t-nua.studio. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the legally required period.
Automated decisions and children
We do not use submitted contact information for automated decision-making or profiling. The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, a renewed consent request.
